Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment:
A 25% deposit is required once your booking is confirmed in order to reserve your activity.
The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to commencement of activity.
If the booking is made within 14 days of activity the full amount must be paid in order to reserve your activity.
All cancellations must be received outside 48 hours prior to the activity.

Participation in activities is done so at your own risk.
Any persons who may be pregnant, suffer from neck, back or heart conditions or have had any prior injuries are not to participate in any activities.
Tides, sea and wind conditions can dictate whether cancellations are necessary.
At all times the skippers decision will be final.
Full third party Insurance liability is provided for all passengers on boat rides.
No liability can be accepted for lost or damaged personal property such as clothing, watches, cameras, etc.
If they are taken with you, it will be at your own risk.
Activities may change or be cancelled due to weather conditions.
Persons may get wet, and are strongly advised not to carry any valuables whilst participating in any activities.
